Contact
Mail to any of the addresses below reaches Amit Choukroun, who builds and runs the site. There is no support team and no ticket queue, so a clear message gets a faster answer than a form ever would.
Where to write
- privacy@coloringpage.design
- Privacy, data, and anything about the tool itself. Bug reports, a sheet that will not print, a question about what the site stores, or a request to exercise a data-protection right. This is the general mailbox: if you are unsure which to use, use this one.
- legal@coloringpage.design
- Copyright, takedowns, and the terms of use. Notices about the artwork or written content on the site, and questions about the terms. Please include the URL of the page concerned and enough detail to identify the material.
- press@coloringpage.design
- Press and media. Interview requests, screenshots at a usable resolution, and questions about how the conversion works for an article you are writing.
Reporting something broken
Because the conversion runs inside your browser rather than on a server, there are no logs on this end to look at — whatever went wrong happened on your machine and left no trace here. That makes the details in your message the only evidence available, so the more of this you can include, the better:
- The address of the page you were on.
- Your browser and operating system, and whether it is a phone, tablet, or computer.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if the problem is visual. Please do not attach a photograph you would not want a stranger to see — describing it is almost always enough.
Things already answered
A good share of the mail that arrives is covered somewhere on the site, usually at more length than a reply would manage. Before writing, it may be quicker to check:
- Pages printing grey, cropped, or with lines too faint — the printing guide covers paper, margins, and the print-dialog settings that cause it.
- Messy or noisy output from a photograph — photo to coloring page explains which pictures convert cleanly and which settings to move.
- What the site stores, and what the advertising sees — the privacy policy.
- Whether you may print the sheets for a class, a party, or a shop — the terms of use set out what is allowed.
Suggesting a coloring page
The gallery grows by request more often than not. If there is a subject your children keep asking for and the site does not have it, say so — tell me roughly what the scene should show and how simple the lines need to be, and it may well end up in the gallery. The same goes for a collection that feels thin: ten sheets of something is easier to justify than one.
