Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Coloring Page Maker. They are short, because the service is simple: a free tool that runs in your browser and keeps nothing.
1. Who provides this service
Coloring Page Maker is provided by Amit Choukroun at coloringpage.design. By using the site or the browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the tool.
2. What the service is
Coloring Page Maker converts an image you choose into black-outline artwork and lets you download it as a PDF or PNG. The conversion runs entirely in your browser on your own device. We do not receive, store, or process your images.
The service is provided free of charge. There is no account, no subscription, and no contract beyond these terms.
3. Your responsibility for the images you use
This is the most important clause here. You are responsible for having the right to use every image you convert.
Converting an image into a coloring page may create what copyright law calls a derivative work. Producing a derivative of a work you do not own, without permission, can infringe the rights of the person who does own it. The conversion does not transfer ownership, create new rights in the original image, or make an unauthorised use permissible.
Use images you own or have permission to use. Do not reproduce or distribute copyrighted images without authorisation. Coloring Page Maker processes images only on your device, which means we cannot see what you convert — and equally cannot vet it on your behalf.
Whether a particular use is permitted depends on the work, the use, and the country you are in. Concepts such as fair use and fair dealing are fact-specific and are decided case by case. Nothing on this site is legal advice. If your intended use goes beyond private, personal use, take advice or obtain permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Coloring Page Maker to:
- Infringe the copyright, trade mark, privacy, or publicity rights of anyone else.
- Process images that are unlawful to possess or distribute in your jurisdiction, including child sexual abuse material and other unlawful content.
- Create material that harasses, defames, or impersonates a real person.
- Attempt to interfere with, overload, or circumvent the technical operation or security of the site.
Because everything runs on your device, we have no ability to monitor or enforce these terms in real time, and no visibility into what any individual converts. That places the responsibility with you rather than with us.
5. Rights in what you create
We claim no rights in the images you convert or in the coloring pages you produce. Any rights in the resulting file are yours or the original rights holder's, as determined by law. We do not receive a copy, do not license anything from you, and do not publish, display, or share your output — there is no gallery, feed, or public archive on this site.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that every image will convert to your satisfaction, that images loaded from a web address will load at all (websites decide whether their images may be read by other sites), that the tool will work on every device or browser, or that the site will be available without interruption.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amit Choukroun will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to the service and these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may also update these terms; the current version is always the one published here, with its effective date shown above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions in your country of residence.
