A closer look at Baby Unicorn in Flower Field
A unicorn foal with an oversized head lies among large simple daisies that ring the whole page, its spiral horn short and its mane falling in a few thick curls. Its eyes are drawn with big star highlights.
114 areas, and the daisies around the border are most of them — eight or nine large blooms with wide petals, all easy fills. The eye highlights are the only shapes that must be left white; colour them in and the foal's whole expression goes.
A cream foal with a blush muzzle and a rose or lilac mane. The daisy ring is where to rotate two or three colours, and because the flowers enclose the animal completely, keeping them all cool or all warm decides the mood of the sheet more than the foal does.
