Zen Mandala Unicorn coloring page

Geometric mandala patterns decorating the body of a standing unicorn. It is drawn as clean black outlines on white and centred on an A4 page with a 12 mm margin, so your printer will not clip an edge.

The line work is intricate, so fine-tip pens or sharp coloured pencils get the most out of it. Colouring it in here splits the drawing into 943 separate areas — click the bucket into any of them, or switch to the brush for shading that has no outline of its own.

A closer look at Zen Mandala Unicorn

A unicorn in full profile with large mandala medallions worked into its shoulder, hip and flank, paisley and scroll patterns down its legs, and an elaborately curled mane and tail drawn as stacked spirals.

943 areas. The body medallions are circular and symmetrical while the mane spirals are free-flowing, so the sheet asks for two different rhythms — precise inside the medallions, loose through the hair. Keeping those distinct is what makes it look designed.

Leave the animal's coat white between the medallions. That negative space is what lets the patterns read, and it is the difference between this and a unicorn that has simply been coloured in. Then three colours repeating inside every medallion, and a warm gradient down the mane.

Print it at 100% rather than “Fit to page” — the 12 mm margin is already in the PDF. The printing guide covers paper weight, ink and the print-dialog settings that matter.

Colour Zen Mandala Unicorn in your browser

Pick a colour, then click inside any outlined area to flood it. The brush and eraser handle the parts that have no outline, and Undo goes back as far as you like. Everything happens on your device — the sheet is never uploaded, and your progress is remembered here so you can come back and finish.

On a phone or tablet, open Zen Mandala Unicorn in the studio — the same canvas with the page around it cleared away, so the sheet fills the screen. Your colours carry over either way.
