Winter Cabin in Snow coloring page

Peaceful snow-covered cabin with smoke rising from the chimney. It is drawn as clean black outlines on white and centred on an A4 page with a 12 mm margin, so your printer will not clip an edge.

The line work is intricate, so fine-tip pens or sharp coloured pencils get the most out of it. Colouring it in here splits the drawing into 872 separate areas — click the bucket into any of them, or switch to the brush for shading that has no outline of its own.

A closer look at Winter Cabin in Snow

A timber cabin with a shingled roof and lit windows sits in deep snow, smoke curling from the chimney. Snow-laden fir trees stand behind and to both sides, a low fence and a stone bridge cross the foreground, and a mountain ridge closes the top of the page.

872 areas, and the roof shingles and log courses account for most of them. Both are better treated as textures than as individual shapes — one tone across the roof with a few darker shingles picked out does more than colouring all of them. The snow is the largest unfilled area and is meant to stay white.

Leave the snow as paper and let a pale grey-blue shadow do the shaping; anything heavier and the scene loses its light. Cocoa logs, a slate roof, and butter-yellow windows, which should be the only warm colour on the sheet — that single contrast is what makes the cabin look occupied.

Print it at 100% rather than “Fit to page” — the 12 mm margin is already in the PDF. The printing guide covers paper weight, ink and the print-dialog settings that matter.

Colour Winter Cabin in Snow in your browser

Pick a colour, then click inside any outlined area to flood it. The brush and eraser handle the parts that have no outline, and Undo goes back as far as you like. Everything happens on your device — the sheet is never uploaded, and your progress is remembered here so you can come back and finish.

On a phone or tablet, open Winter Cabin in Snow in the studio — the same canvas with the page around it cleared away, so the sheet fills the screen. Your colours carry over either way.
