Space & Astronaut Coloring Pages
Solar System & Orbiting Planets coloring page
Sun surrounded by Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune. It is drawn as clean black outlines on white and centred on an A4 page with a 12 mm margin, so your printer will not clip an edge.
It mixes broad areas with finer detail, which works for school-age children and adults alike. Colouring it in here splits the drawing into 156 separate areas — click the bucket into any of them, or switch to the brush for shading that has no outline of its own.

A closer look at Solar System & Orbiting Planets
A stylised sun with pointed rays sits at the centre of the page, its disc left completely blank, with thin elliptical orbit rings drawn around it and five planets of different sizes — some banded, some ringed — sitting on those rings.
156 areas. The orbit rings are hairline curves that pass behind the planets, so keeping each ring one continuous colour where it reappears is the one thing that makes the diagram work. The blank sun disc is the largest single area on the page.
Give each planet a distinct treatment — amber bands, a rust one, an ocean one, a ringed cream one — so the diagram teaches something. The sun disc is the decision: butter makes it a sun, white leaves it as light. Either works; grey does not.
Print it at 100% rather than “Fit to page” — the 12 mm margin is already in the PDF. The printing guide covers paper weight, ink and the print-dialog settings that matter.
Colour Solar System & Orbiting Planets in your browser
Pick a colour, then click inside any outlined area to flood it. The brush and eraser handle the parts that have no outline, and Undo goes back as far as you like. Everything happens on your device — the sheet is never uploaded, and your progress is remembered here so you can come back and finish.
On a phone or tablet, open Solar System & Orbiting Planets in the studio — the same canvas with the page around it cleared away, so the sheet fills the screen. Your colours carry over either way.
