Autumn Maple Tree coloring page
Sturdy maple tree with big lobed leaves, a few drifting down, and a scatter of fallen leaves on short grass. It is drawn as clean black outlines on white and centred on an A4 page with a 12 mm margin, so your printer will not clip an edge.
The shapes are large and open, so it suits younger children and fat crayons. Colouring it in here splits the drawing into 96 separate areas — click the bucket into any of them, or switch to the brush for shading that has no outline of its own.

A closer look at Autumn Maple Tree
A sturdy maple stands centre stage with a straight trunk, a rounded canopy packed with broad lobed leaves and two light side branches drooping from the crown. Three leaves drift down through open sky and a small scatter lies at the foot of the tree on short grass tufts. The page keeps a generous margin around the subject so the whole shape reads clearly and young colorers are not asked to chase tiny background detail.
Around ninety fillable areas. Most of the work is in the repeating leaf lobes, which are large and forgiving but meet at points that reward a slower bucket click. The two hanging twigs and the pile of leaves at the base mix open lines with closed shapes, so the brush is the better tool there. The blank sky is deliberate — it gives beginners breathing room and stops the composition from feeling crowded.
Start with warm autumn colours: butter and amber through pumpkin, coral and crimson. Keep a handful of leaves jade or olive to suggest the season turning rather than finished. A chestnut or cocoa trunk with slightly darker grooves sells the bark, and the grass works best in a muted olive rather than a bright spring green. A faint blue‑grey wash behind the falling leaves is optional but makes them read as moving through air.
Print it at 100% rather than “Fit to page” — the 12 mm margin is already in the PDF. The printing guide covers paper weight, ink and the print-dialog settings that matter.
Colour Autumn Maple Tree in your browser
Pick a colour, then click inside any outlined area to flood it. The brush and eraser handle the parts that have no outline, and Undo goes back as far as you like. Everything happens on your device — the sheet is never uploaded, and your progress is remembered here so you can come back and finish.
On a phone or tablet, open Autumn Maple Tree in the studio — the same canvas with the page around it cleared away, so the sheet fills the screen. Your colours carry over either way.
