Potted Succulents & Flowers coloring page

Collection of cute terracotta pots with flowering cacti and jade plants. It is drawn as clean black outlines on white and centred on an A4 page with a 12 mm margin, so your printer will not clip an edge.

It mixes broad areas with finer detail, which works for school-age children and adults alike. Colouring it in here splits the drawing into 156 separate areas — click the bucket into any of them, or switch to the brush for shading that has no outline of its own.

A closer look at Potted Succulents & Flowers

A cluster of eight terracotta pots at different heights, each holding a different plant — a tall ribbed column cactus, a spiky agave, rosette succulents, trailing jade and a small flowering cactus. The pots overlap in two rows and the front ones carry banded rims.

156 areas and fewer than the drawing suggests, because most of the succulent leaves are large. The pleasure is that every pot is a different plant, so it is eight small subjects rather than one big one. The column cactus's ribs are the only repeated fine line work.

Succulents are the excuse for greens you would not otherwise use: jade, sage, a blue-grey, an olive, and one plant in a dusty rose. Keep all the pots in the same two or three earth tones so the shelf holds together while the plants vary.

Print it at 100% rather than “Fit to page” — the 12 mm margin is already in the PDF. The printing guide covers paper weight, ink and the print-dialog settings that matter.

Colour Potted Succulents & Flowers in your browser

Pick a colour, then click inside any outlined area to flood it. The brush and eraser handle the parts that have no outline, and Undo goes back as far as you like. Everything happens on your device — the sheet is never uploaded, and your progress is remembered here so you can come back and finish.

On a phone or tablet, open Potted Succulents & Flowers in the studio — the same canvas with the page around it cleared away, so the sheet fills the screen. Your colours carry over either way.
