Sacred Lotus Mandala coloring page

Harmonious circular mandala centered around blooming lotus petals. It is drawn as clean black outlines on white and centred on an A4 page with a 12 mm margin, so your printer will not clip an edge.

The line work is intricate, so fine-tip pens or sharp coloured pencils get the most out of it. Colouring it in here splits the drawing into 430 separate areas — click the bucket into any of them, or switch to the brush for shading that has no outline of its own.

A closer look at Sacred Lotus Mandala

A lotus in side view opens inside a plain circular band, and the circle sits within a ring of long pointed petals and scallops. A teardrop pendant hangs below the ring and a small finial rises above it.

430 areas. The lotus at the centre is drawn as a real flower with overlapping petals, while everything around it is flat ornament — so the middle wants shading and the surround wants flat fills, and mixing the two approaches is what makes it look muddled.

Traditional lotus colouring is blush petals shading to cream at the base with a butter-gold heart, and it suits the centre exactly. Keep the surrounding ornament to a single deep tone — indigo or a dark rose — so the flower sits inside a frame rather than a competing pattern.

Print it at 100% rather than “Fit to page” — the 12 mm margin is already in the PDF. The printing guide covers paper weight, ink and the print-dialog settings that matter.

Colour Sacred Lotus Mandala in your browser

Pick a colour, then click inside any outlined area to flood it. The brush and eraser handle the parts that have no outline, and Undo goes back as far as you like. Everything happens on your device — the sheet is never uploaded, and your progress is remembered here so you can come back and finish.

On a phone or tablet, open Sacred Lotus Mandala in the studio — the same canvas with the page around it cleared away, so the sheet fills the screen. Your colours carry over either way.
